Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Leenzara. We strive to provide high-quality artificial jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, invoices, and accessories must be returned with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use or wear.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Returns requested after the specified return period.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@leenzara.com
  2. Mention your Order ID.
  3. Share clear photos or a short video of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  5. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
  • If a return is approved because of our mistake, return shipping costs will be borne by Leenzara.
