Cancellation Policy

At Leenzara, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order only before it has been shipped.

Once the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by providing:

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Cancellation

3. Cancellation by Leenzara

Leenzara reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Pricing or product information is incorrect due to a technical error.
  • Payment verification fails.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
  • Delivery is not possible due to location restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is cancelled by Leenzara after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • Online prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if no payment has been made.

5. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
